The original site, DragonWorks Rocketry1.0, and all of its content are gone. The website was outdated and lacked any resemblance to that of an actual working site. Gone to is the motivation behind the idea of DragonWorks Rocketry, which was to follow Johnnie as he documents his experiences in model rocketry etc. Most of the old content was B.A.R. (Born Again Rocketeer) related, and is no longer relevant to my current circumstance. After all, I was a B.A.R. in 1997… and it has been 12-years, I believe the B.A.R. status has run to the end of its line.
I don’t know any more about building websites now than I did in 2004, the year that DragonWorks Rocketry first went online…but today we have blogs and and other ‘user-friendly’ website builder programs that help ‘internet-intolerant’ people like myself to share info they would otherwise leave buried in document folders on their computers. But don’t think for a moment that I believe that what I will post here will change the world. No, far from it…but I do hope that what I post will be helpful to someone, anyone. You will know who that someone is, if what I share is incorporated into your own Amateur research activities.
New to DragonWorks Rocketry2.0 is that you, the viewer/visitor to my website, will be allowed to comment on any of my content, should you feel so inclined to do so, and I would encourage you to do just that. I’m leading DragonWorks Rocketry2.0 in a new and exciting direction, and my goal is to learn and publish as much as I can along the way.
